We register your domain for you and you're the legal owner — always. Year 1 is included; renewals are rolled into the £12/month care plan from year 2. Standard registration up to £50/year is included — premium or rare names above that are quoted separately with your approval before we register.

Can I really get a website in 5 working days?

Yes — the intake form collects everything we need (photos, services, prices, details) up front, and your 5-working-day target starts once it's complete and your deposit is paid. It's a target, not a guarantee: extra revision rounds or slow feedback can extend it.

How long does it really take, and when do I pay the rest?

5 working days is our target from when we have everything we need and your deposit is paid. One revision round is included in that; extra changes or slow feedback can extend it. The final 50% (£300) is due when you approve the finished site — and your site goes live once that payment clears. Until then it stays on a private preview link.

What if I want to change prices or add new services later?

Just email us the change and we'll make it for you — prices, services, opening hours, contact details, photos, and social links, any time. It's included in your care plan, so there's no software to learn. Bigger structural changes — like new pages — are quoted separately.

Do I get a professional email address?

Yes — we set up a professional address on your domain (like hello@yourbusiness.co.uk) that forwards straight to your existing inbox, included in your setup. You read and reply where you already do. If you want a full mailbox that also sends from your domain, we can set that up on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 as a paid add-on.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. We register the domain on your behalf so you don't have to deal with registrars — but it's in your name (WHOIS lists your details), making you the legal owner. We host your site. If you ever leave, you take your domain and your content. Clean exit, no hostages.

What if my chosen domain is 'premium' or expensive?

Standard domain registration (up to £50/year) is included in your setup fee — that covers virtually every normal .co.uk, .uk, and the great majority of .com names. Some short, generic, or registry-flagged 'premium' domains cost more than that — for example a one-word .com might be £80+ a year, and some extensions like .ai or .io are priced higher by their registries. If your chosen domain is above £50/year we'll show you the actual cost and only register it if you approve the surcharge. You can always pick an alternative for free.

What happens after year 1?

Year 1 hosting, care plan, and standard domain registration are all included in the £600 setup. From year 2, it's £12/month (£144/year) covering hosting, uptime monitoring, SSL renewal, domain renewal, and small content changes (bigger or structural changes are quoted separately). Optional — but if you cancel you'll need to host the site elsewhere and take over the domain renewal directly.

What if I don't have a logo or photos?

No logo? We use a styled version of your business name. No photos? We can launch with tasteful stock imagery for backgrounds, and add your real photos to your gallery whenever you have them — real photos of your actual work always win.

Do you work with businesses outside the 6 templates?

We started with the six templates because they cover most small UK service businesses. If yours doesn't fit, get in touch — we may be able to adapt a similar template or quote a custom build separately.

Where are you based?

We're a UK limited company based in the Lichfield area. We work remotely with clients across the UK — most communication is by email, phone, and short video calls.

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

We currently work with UK-based businesses — our websites, pricing (in £GBP), domains (.co.uk / .uk), and support are all set up for the UK. If you're based outside the UK but want a simple English-language site, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
